In order to take on Wrexham, who were returned to League Two for the first time in 15 years last season, Erik ten Hag will choose a team made up of young players from the first-team travelling squad and academy prospects.
The young players of United, who have won all of their preseason games thus far, will be looking to keep it going against Wrexham, who are currently under the ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney from Hollywood.
