The second round sees Premier League clubs enter the draw for the first time in this season’s competition, with the 12 lowest-placed top flight sides from last term joining 36 EFL clubs in the pot.
There will also be plenty of eyes on League Two side Wrexham, who defeated Wigan 1-0 in a penalty shootout on Tuesday.
Elsewhere, Blackburn, Swansea and Stoke will be among the Championship clubs represented in round one, with Wednesday’s matches still ongoing.
We will be covering the draw on our live blog – so below for regular updates as the teams are drawn out of the pot.
