That is according to Foot Mercato.
The French outlet claims that Al-Nassr are very keen on signing Alisson, who is tempted to join the Saudi Pro League outfit.
Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino all left Anfield during this transfer window to take up a new challenge in the Saudi Pro League.
Liverpool cannot sell Alisson
Liverpool selling Alisson would be madness, especially this late in the window. He is arguably the best goalkeeper in the Premier League and one of the top shot-stoppers in the world.
His manager Jurgen Klopp once said that when the 30-year-old wakes up in the morning and looks into the mirror, he sees a “world-class goalie”.
Liverpool could probably get a lot of money for Alisson when you consider how much Saudi Arabian clubs have spent this summer, while the Brazil international has been a great servant to the Reds so may feel he deserves to be let go if that is his wish.
He has helped Klopp’s men to win the biggest honours in the game, the Premier League and Champions League.
Considering that and the fact that he has the chance to make ridiculous money in the Saudi Pro League, perhaps a move to Al-Nassr is something Alisson may eventually push for.
However, Liverpool are just not in the position to sell a player of his quality right now. Again, it is late in the window and they are prioritising bringing in new midfielders. The last thing the Merseyside club need is a search for another world-class goalkeeper. That is not going to be easy and is just another unnecessary headache for Klopp and the recruitment team.
