David Moyes will always synonymous with Everton because of his successful spell at Goodison Park between 2002 and 2013.
West Ham boss Moyes, who has only won five of his 15 matches against Everton, described his former club as a “hard nut to crack”.
“They’ve probably played a bit better away from home this season,” the Scot said.
“I don’t see teams beating them easily, I see a resilient team who keep at it and they have players capable of scoring goals.”
Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, speaking to Sky Sports: “First thing I thought of was when I got to a certain milestone in my career, Bill Kenwright would always send me a message. He was a great man.”
Merseyside derby: “It wasn’t our day last week, thing went against us. The sending off killed us.”
Regaining fitness: “I think first and foremost for me, it was about putting back-to-back games together. I’m getting more confident as the games go on. When you’ve scored at a stadium a couple of times before, you know you can do it. I always go into a game trying to score.”
