Free agency has moved at a weird pace and Jordan Montgomery still is available along with a few other stars.
The Boston Red Sox still are looking to upgrade the rotation and Montgomery has popped up as a possible on multiple occasions. Boston still needs some help and Montgomery would be the perfect option.
Montgomery’s asking price could fall as the days pass and he’s still available. That certainly could help Boston, but it sounds like the club will have some competition if it wants Montgomery.
