A big display of grit is needed given Inter’s quality and Milan’s poor form.

We need Mike to save us tonight. Looking at the previous five games is a horror as we have scored 1 goal while Inter have smashed 12 past us. The 5-1 defeat earlier in the season was a warning shot for the Scudetto intent and having them lift the trophy against us would be devastating for the Rossoneri faithful. Maignan needs to have the game of his life to save our pride otherwise it will undoubtedly be a bloodbath.
Hakan Calhanoglu
The former Milan midfielder is licking his lips and will have been waiting for this moment for years now. He has a chance to shush our entire fanbase and avenge himself after years of insults especially after our Scudetto victory. He is now one of the best midfielders in the league and is the central cog to Inter’s charge to the Serie A title. He will almost certainly score tonight as it seems like it will be a painful game and he will rub it in our faces. The Milan players need to do us a big favour and keep him as far away from goal as possible.
The is a big game for Milan with nothing on the line but pride. Inter will win the Scudetto regardless but it makes a difference whether they win it against us or not. Leao is our star in the current squad and this is the game to show his character and to lift up his teammates to deliver a big result for the club to save face. 6 derby losses in a row would be unacceptable. The Portuguese winger needs to score and needs to deliver a performance that throw the opposition off and into a spiral.
