Brandon Duhaime has four goals and two assists in 58 games this season, but the Minnesota Wild might receive a lot more for him if they sell him before the NHL’s March 8 deadline.
According to Jacob Stoller of The Hockey News, Duhaime is well-liked in league circles and might command a “haul” in return if the WiStoller ld chose to deal him.
Stoller was following up on NHL insider Frank Seravalli’s rumor that Duhaime could be traded: “I wouldn’t be surprised if they traded Brandon Duhaime.” “I believe the Vancouver Canucks are very interested in Duhaime,” Seravalli remarked on Monday’s The DFO Rundown show.
Michael Russo, who follows the Wild for The Athletic, claimed Monday that teams have been calling about Duhaime, and it is becoming “increasingly clear” that the Wild will not re-sign him after the season, making him a trade candidate.
