AC Milan have been keeping a very close eye on one Chelsea player these last couple of years it seems.
It comes as no surprise, as AC Milan have signed quite a few of Chelsea stars in recent transfer windows.
Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, for example, both left Stamford Bridge for the San Siro last summer.
The former’s move to Milan has really worked out. In June, Pulisic was included in ESPN’s top 30 forwards right now.
The 25-year-old and Loftus-Cheek could now be joined by one of their former Chelsea team-mates at Milan ahead of the new season.
Armando Broja on AC Milan’s radar
There is a possibility of Chelsea striker Armando Broja leaving west London for Milan during this transfer window.
Broja is interested in joining Milan, and it looks like the Italian club are also keen on the 22-year-old.
According to CaughtOffside, Milan are considering making a move for Broja after following him for the last two years.
Broja does not look like he will have a big role at Chelsea if he stays there. Last season, the club allowed him to join west London rivals Fulham on loan.
It shows that the Albania international is not viewed as an important member of the squad.
AC Milan could be a great move for Armando Broja
Milan are one of the biggest teams in the world and have already helped revive players who have come from Chelsea before.
Pulisic is again a good example. The winger really struggled in his final season at Chelsea, scoring just one goal in the Premier League.
However, he has looked transformed at Milan, coming up with 20 goal contributions in 36 Serie A appearances last term.
It shows that a move there could be good for Broja, who could cost Milan £30m if he ends up signing for Paulo Fonseca’s side this summer, according to the Daily Express. As well as Milan, Juventus are also interested in Broja.
