The Gunners have already signed Tommy Setford, David Raya and Riccardo Calafiori on permanent deals, with internal hope that Mikel Merino will join that trio over the next few days. Talks with Real Sociedad are ongoing; however, an excellent market opportunity has seemingly emerged for Mikel Arteta and Edu.

Arsenal transfers predicted as Arteta lands new midfielder

Arsenal are expected to add to their squad in the final few weeks of the summer transfer window, with Mikel Arteta keen to bolster his squad ahead of the 2024/25 season.

So far, Riccardo Calafiori and David Raya have been the only additions made to the Arsenal squad, with the Italian defender joining from Bologna for £42million while Raya made his loan move from Brentford permanent in a deal worth £27million. A few players have already departed the club including Emile Smith Rowe, leaving room for a few more additions.

A striker and a midfielder have been the positions of interest for Arsenal so far this summer, but what signings could the Gunners make in the transfer window’s final few weeks? We simulated the upcoming transfer window to find out.
