Lazio have signed Samuel Gigot from Marseille on loan with an obligation to buy set at €3 million if certain conditions are met.
Fiorentina have signed Danilo Cataldi on loan with an option to buy set at €5 million from Lazio.
The swap exchange between Lazio and Hellas Verona involving Toma Basic and Davide Faraoni is currently off as things stand.

Venezia are pushing to sign Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro. The Ivorian midfielder expressed his desire to return to Monza, but in the last few hours, the Venetians have overtaken the Biancorossi, in addition to Hellas Verona and Empoli.

Samuel Gigot is set to become a new Lazio player. The Marseille defender arrived at the Fiumicino Airport at 21:00 EST on August 29. All that is missing is the official announcement from the club following his medicals. He will sign a contract until 2026 with an option to renew for another year until 2027. The Biancocelesti will pay the Ligue 1 side €3 million.
Nicolò Casale Set to Join Bologna
Nicolò Casale has arrived at Isokinetik to undergo medicals ahead of a transfer to Bologna. He will join on a €1.5 million loan with an option to buy set at €6.5 million; the option to buy will become a loan with an obligation to buy if the Rossoblu qualify for any of the three European competitions.
