Newcastle United are linning up a move for AC Milan winger, Samuel Chukwueze, soccerhuz.com reports.
The Magpies according to TMW, have identified the Nigeria international as a replacement for Miguel Almiron.
Almiron recently linked up with Major League Soccer, MLS , club, Atlanta United.
The Premier League club are expected to establish contact with AC Milan before the end of the week.
Newcastle United will, however, face competition for Chukwueze with Spanish club, Real Sociedad also interested in the player.
Real Sociedad reportedly made an approach to Milan last week.
Soccerhuz.com recalls, the 25-year-old joined AC Milan from Villarreal in 2023.
He has scored twice in 18 league appearances for Sergio Conceicao’s side this season.
