SN: Bondo back to training as…see more

Training at Milanello took place as expected this morning, but there are a few things to report back on, including some details regarding AC Milan’s Champions League future.

Ahead of tomorrow night’s game against Hellas Verona, training took place at Milanello this morning, and there was a surprising participant.

Milan News states that Warren Bondo trained with the group for the first time, despite suggestions that it would not be until next week that he would take part in a group session.

However, his recovery is a huge bonus, and it means that he could even feature at San Siro tomorrow, with the report suggesting that he is ready to play a part. Unfortunately, the news regarding Ruben Loftus-Cheek is not as positive – he is still sidelined and will continue on his personalised plan for now.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), the management also were present at training and whilst they did not take part in any wide team meeting, there has been a reminder given about the importance of winning the next two games.

Considering this is what caused a break between Fonseca and Ibrahimovic, the management must be careful with how they operate in this situation.
