Report: Ibrahimovic keeps his distance ahead of Milan vs Como the reason

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has missed the last few training sessions at Milanello as currently at home with the flu, according to a report. Whether the Swede will be present at San Siro tomorrow remains to be seen.

Ibrahimovic and Geoffrey Moncada have been present at Milanello a lot in recent months, even if reports have suggested otherwise. As such, some reporters reacted to the fact that the Swede hasn’t been present at all in the last few days.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, via Il Garante, Ibrahimovic is currently recovering from the flu and that’s why he hasn’t been present in the last few days. Of course, just a few days before the game against Como, it’s best to stay at home and not pass it onto the players.

Kick-off is scheduled for 18:00 CET tomorrow so it remains to be seen if Ibrahimovic will be present at San Siro. Either way, Sergio Conceicao and his men will be eager to grab another win after the comeback in Lecce.

As highlighted by the manager during his pre-match presser, it has been another good week of training at Milanello without any interruptions. Hopefully, this will also have an effect on the pitch, resulting in a more solid performance than last time out.
