AC Milan will hand the keys of the future to someone new in the summer, and if Fabio Paratici is given the freedom of the mercato, he already has some ideas in mind.
It will be a window of change for Milan, with reports already suggesting that several cycles are due to come to an end. However, this is where new cycles can start. For Paratici, there is the idea of a ‘new Milan’.
As Calciomercato.com reports, the Italian has continued to browse the mercato for signings for any potential future employer, and he has built up a shortlist of talents to bring the club into the future.
Starting in Italy, the former Tottenham and Juventus director would look to Simon Sohm and Ange-Yoan Bonny as possibilities. The big idea, though, is Samuele Ricci. According to the report, Paratici’s arrival would be the difference, considering his relation with the midfielder’s entourage is excellent.
Then, the director would look to England, where Bournemouth is a big hotspot; Ilya Zabarnyi, Marcus Tavernier, and striker Dango Ouattara all take his fancy. Eberechi Eze stands out as a candidate, whilst Radu Dragusin and Kevin Schade also feature.
