Breaking news: Milan and Inter keen on Chelsea talent amid impressive loan spell

According to SportMediaset (via MilanPress), the two Milan clubs have turned their magnifying glass towards a Brazilian talent, currently playing for Strasbourg but on loan from his parent club Chelsea.

The target is Andrey Santos, who at just 20 years of age is already showing himself to be a versatile midfielder. After 25 league games, he has already scored an impressive nine goals and has provided two assists.

Needless to say, the price is around €25-30m, but according to source, Milan or Inter would like to bring him in on loan in the summer. The competition is strong: PSG and Monaco are already after him, but first they will have to deal with Chelsea, who might decide to keep him.

Santos signed for Chelsea in January 2023 from Vasco Da Gama but at that time he did not qualify for a work permit to play in England, so he went back to the Brazilian side on loan. After the bureaucratic issues were resolved he was loaned to Strasbourg, who are part of Chelsea’s ownership group.

Milan were linked with signing him in the 2023 summer transfer window along with city rivals Inter, and they were mentioned again as being potential suitors in January.
