Leao is one winger on Chelsea‘s list of targets, with the Blues likely to bring in a new wide man this summer
Chelsea and Liverpool both like Leao, but the two English giants are going to have to make a huge bid just to bring Milan to the table.
According to Calciomercato, Milan want an offer of €100m (£83.6m) before they even enter discussions over a potential sale.
The same outlet claims that Chelsea are hoping Leao’s agent Jorge Mendes can help them in their bid to sign the 25-year-old, but it looks like Milan are going to be tough negotiators this summer.
The two clubs have done a lot of business in recent transfer windows, including the one that has just gone.
Milan signed Joao Felix from Chelsea on loan, with the forward following the likes of Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek to the San Siro.
You would assume, then, that the two European heavyweights have a good relationship. But that alone will obviously not be enough for Chelsea to sign Leao.

The Portuguese is a wide man who can score goals, create them and beat defenders. This season, he has netted 10 times and provided nine assists in 41 appearances.
According to WhoScored, Leao is also completing 1.9 dribbles per game in Serie A, which is the highest average in Milan’s squad.
Chelsea’s deal to sign Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk was worth £89m, and the Ukrainian is much more raw than Leao and does not have his end product.
When Milan look around and see what is happening in the market, of course they are going to want a huge figure before they decide to part ways with their Portugal international.
