Today, Álex Jiménez, one of the most promising young talents in the Rossoneri squad, turns 20. Signed from Real Madrid in the summer of 2023, the Spanish full-back has carved out a place in the team thanks to his quality, character and versatility. After a settling-in period that saw him feature for the Primavera and Milan Futuro, he’s grown exponentially this season. Indeed, he’s played 19 matches in Serie A, three in the Supercoppa Italiana and two in the Coppa Italia, notably providing the assist for Jović’s opener against Inter in the semi-final second leg and playing a lovely ball over the top in the build-up to Gimenez’s winner against Hellas Verona in the league. Deployed on both flanks, Jiménez has always been ready when called upon and become a key figure for Coach Conceição, especially in the 3-4-3 system. Happy birthday, Álex!
