Daniele Longo has reported that the Dutchman has given his availability to a move to the Citizens and has opened up to the idea of a transfer. He is quite happy at Milan and has a very good relationship with everyone there, but he will not reject the idea of a move to Manchester City either.
Now, Milan only want an ‘unmissable’ offer to sell the midfielder. They need a fee of over €65 million and Manchester City are willing to put that forward
