TN: Allegri and Tare bring what Milan were missing…see more

With the arrival of Massimiliano Allegri on the bench and a sporting director like Tare ready to manage the daily routine, the climate at AC Milan has changed radically.

MilanNews writes that after a disappointing season, made up of too many missteps and lacklustre performances, the page is turned. The return of a winning coach like Allegri, one who has always brought concrete results, means one very clear thing: the alibis are over.

Those who were looking for excuses, those who hid behind the difficulties of the club or behind the confusion from above, will now have no more excuses. The figure of Allegri removes the veil of protection that has covered many individual and collective limitations.

It was not only the responsibility of the team for 2024-25 being a failure, but now this really must be a new chapter because another campaign like the one that has just finished would be a disaster.

Tare + Allegri = substance

The new sporting director will act as a bridge glue the dressing room and the management. He will be a constant and competent presence that was missing before, and that will be decisive in avoiding distractions, drops in tension and internal splits.

In fact, many players who did not perform as expected, who got lost in the decisive moments, who lacked personality and hunger. With technical errors, wrong approaches, bad performances, too often we saw a team without a soul.

This is why next season will also be a definitive test for many players. Allegri can not and will not make any exceptions: those who cannot handle the pressure, those who are not ready to fight every day, will leave. Those who play will do so because they deserve it.
