Arsenal have confirmed that 20 players from across the men’s, women’s and academy sides will be leaving the club when their contracts expire on 30 June.
The most high-profile departures are well-documented, with Jorginho and Kieran Tierney set to sign as free agents for Flamengo and Celtic, respectively.
Amongst the youngsters to be released are Nathan Butler-Oyedeji, who made two appearances for the first team, and brothers Ismail and Salah-Eddine Oulad M’Hand. The likes of Jimi Gower and Jack Henry-Francis will also be familiar names, having made the subs bench last season.
The departure of three of Renee Slegers’ Champions League-winning squad – confirmed, Lina Hurtig and Amanda Illestedt – had already been announced.
The club have also confirmed that contract talks are ongoing with Thomas Partey, Michael Rosiak and Chloe Kelly. In the case of the latter, we can presume they want to sign the England international permanently after a very successful loan spell.
