Noah Atubolu is the latest name on Milan’s radar. At just 23 years of age he has already made 75 appearances for Freiburg, with whom he finished fifth in the Bundesliga this season.
As the captain of the German U21 team, he is now at the European Championships in his category with his country, where he will be closely followed by Premier League clubs and Milan.
Atubolu is considered one of the best talents in German football and the future of the German national team given that he will eventually graduate up to the senior side.
He joined the Freiburg academy and then came through the Under 17, Under 19 and second team levels. Helping them secure qualification for Europe is also believes to have attracted the interest of Bayer Leverkusen and West Ham United.
