Milan talent Francesco Camarda is set to join Lecce on loan with an option to buy and a buy-back option for the Rossoneri.
Milan striker Camarda is set to join Lecce on loan for the 2025-26 campaign.
Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that the two clubs have reached an agreement over the 17-year-old’s loan move to the Stadio Via Del Mare.
Other Italian clubs, such as Spezia, had shown interest in the promising striker, but Camarda’s desire to play in Serie A made the difference.
Camarda will soon complete a loan move with an option to buy, but Milan will keep control of the striker thanks to a buy-back option.
Back in 2023, Camarda became the youngest Serie A debutant at 15 years and 260 days, while last season he became the youngest Italian debutant in the Champions League at 16 years and 226 days.
Camarda hasn’t yet scored his first goal at a senior level with Milan, but he netted seven times in 20 appearances with Milan Futuro during the 2024-25 season.
