AC Milan have confirmed that Tammy Abraham has left the club, with his loan spell not being made into a permanent deal.
Late in the 2024 summer transfer window, AS Roma and AC Milan agreed a loan swap deal for Abraham and Alexis Saelemaekers. Both were dry loans, meaning negotiations would be needed for it to become anything more.
The English striker got 10 goals and seven assists from 44 games for Milan, which is not a bad return given he was often second or even third choice. He also scored a brace against his parent club to knock them out of the Coppa Italia.
However, any notion of him being signed permanently vanished as the season reached its finale, with the Rossoneri management clearly keen on going for a different profile.
Now, his exit has been confirmed on social media, as Milan wrote: “Double digits for goals and full effort every minute! Thanks, Tammy.”
