Arsenal attacker Leandro Trossard could leave the Emirates Stadium club this summer after changing agents and because of the arrival of sporting director Andrea Berta, according to Sky Sports Switzerland journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
The Belgium international parted with long-term agent Josy Comhair in May, appointing Dirk Hebel in his place, and while he wants to remain with the Gunners, they are open to selling him for €20 million this summer.
Trossard is out of a deal next year and his former agent was negotiating a contract extension with Arsenal, but that has since changed after parting ways with him.
Berta appears open to letting the 29-year-old leave as the Italian is looking to sign another left winger for the North London club this summer.
Trossard is attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League, and his new agent could convince him to leave if remaining at Arsenal does not yield the regular playing opportunities he craves and better wages.
He featured in 56 games last term, starting 37 times, and the Gunners opened talks with him over a new three-year contract until 2029 back in May, but they also would also not stand in his way if he opts to move on.
They have been linked with Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo after missing out on Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams, and talks with Chelsea winger Noni Madueke are also ongoing.
Crystal Palace attacker Eberechi Eze is also on the radar of Arsenal, while a deal for Sporting CP hitman Viktor Gyokeres is being wrapped up, and the arrivals of one or two more forwards will all but lead to the departure of Trossard.
He has been a very important member of the Arteta squad, weighing in with 28 goals and 23 assists in 124 games since his arrival from Brighton & Hove Albion, but he could have made his last appearance for the club and could be plying his trade elsewhere by the time 2025-26 starts.
