Fulham have reportedly set their sights on Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze as a possible replacement for Adama Traore.
Calciomercato.com reports that Fulham see Milan winger Chukwueze as a possible replacement for Traore, who is wanted by Nottingham Forest.
Fulham had already sounded out Chukwueze’s availability in the January transfer window.
According to the report, Milan are eager to listen to offers for the Nigerian winger who has failed to impress during his two-year spell at San Siro.
Igli Tare has reportedly offered the player to various clubs through intermediaries, hoping to sell the Nigeria international for a fee between €15m and €20m.
Calciomercato.com maintains that Chukwueze wants to remain at Milan and convince new coach Massimiliano Allegri that he’s good enough for his project.
Chukwueze hinted that he wanted to stay at Milan with an Instagram post earlier this month.
The ex-Villarreal star has scored eight goals and provided six assists in 69 appearances across all competitions with Milan.
