This morning, Paolo Scaroni commented on the move for Ardon Jashari to join AC Milan. It is likely to cause a bit of upset in Belgium, too.
For the second time in only a few days, one of the higher members of Milan have commented on the links between the club and their primary midfield target, Jashari. Igli Tare first commented on the most recent bid, and Scaroni has done the same.
The situation, as it stands, is rather tense. Neither party wants to move, and all Jashari wants is to move, and to the Rossoneri specifically, which is his dream club. Unfortunately, that seems more unlikely by the day.
Neither side is willing to move on their valuation of the player, and things risk falling apart at the last hurdle, especially with Brugge seeking Premier League involvement. Today, Scaroni spoke to the media shortly outside the Lega Serie A meeting; his words have been relayed by MilanNews.
“We don’t want to offer too much; he would like to come at all costs.”
