All the talk pre-match was about Viktor Gyokeres and the prospect of the big-money striker making his Arsenal debut.
Well, we were made to wait to see him but he did get on for end of the game but he couldn’t prevent the Gunners falling to a narrow loss.
Thomas Frank’s Tottenham take the bragging right – such as they are in pre-season – thanks to Pape Sarr’s fine long range effort in the 45th minute.
We’ll be back very soon – the new season is just around the corner after all!
After a first loss of pre-season, Arsenal have got two more games left – both at the Emirates – before the season proper kicks off.
