Breaking News: Agent confirms Cremonese want Milan full-back but so do ‘many teams’

The agent of Filippo Terracciano has confirmed that there is interest in signing his client from AC Milan this summer.

It was reported by Calciomercato.com recently that Terracciano is close to leaving Milan to join newly-promoted Cremonese on a loan deal. Not only that, but it would have an option to buy that turns into an obligation if they were to retain their Serie A status for 2026-27.

While waiting for developments, the full-back has been putting in some solid shifts in preseason. He even scored the opening goal in the 9-0 demolition of Perth Glory on Thursday, making a nice underlapping run and firing in with some power.

Terracciano’s agent Andrea D’Amico spoke to Sky and he was asked about the idea of his client potentially joining Cremonese this summer, with his comments relayed by MilanNews.

“It’s one of the interests this young player has, who is very versatile in terms of tactical use. It’s a virtue for many, but sometimes it can become a lack of specialisation and a minus, it also depends on how the coach evaluates you,” he said.

“There are many teams, he’s been playing in Serie A for three years now. It used to be said that August football is a lie, but so is the transfer market. Sometimes when you hide an objective, that’s exactly when you want to pursue it.”
