AC Milan have secured the services of Berkay Karaca on a free transfer, expected to add him to the Futuro squad for the upcoming season.
In addition to the first team, Milan have also made quite a lot of moves for the Futuro side this summer. Obviously, that was to be expected as many players have also left the team, following the relegation from Serie C.
The left-back was one of the positions to reinforce with Andrea Bozzolan heading to Reggiana on a permanent basis earlier in the summer. By the sounds of it, the Rossoneri have now found the replacement.
According to Luca Bendoni, Milan have agreed on a contract with the former Schalke 04 left-back Berkay Karaca. The 19-year-old has been a free agent since the start of July, when his deal with the German side’s U19 team expired.
As said, Karaca will join the Futuro side and it remains to be seen how he will perform under Massimo Oddo’s guidance. Considering that playing in the fourth tier isn’t all that exciting, the Rossoneri have done a decent job with the signings.
