AC Milan will be backed by a big crowd at San Siro tonight as they get their Coppa Italia campaign underway against Bari.
As MilanNews reports, Milan will host Bari in the round of 32 of the Coppa Italia, and the match will be played against a magnificent backdrop. Approximately 70,000 spectators expected at San Siro.
The north and south ticket offices of the stadium will be open from 16:00 CEST until kick-off to purchase the last remaining tickets. Despite it being August 17th, the Milan fans are once again showing their support and backing for Massimiliano Allegri’s new era.
San Siro is preparing for a special evening. Milan’s new faces – from Ballon d’Or winner Luka Modrić to his teammates Ardon Jashari, Samuele Ricci, Pervis Estupiñan, Koni De Winter, Zachary Athekame and Pietro Terracciano – are ready to make their first appearance.
Bari are also expected to bring a few thousand fans too given that the last time that they played Milan at San Siro was all the way back in the 2010-11 season.
