“Favorito di Allegri”: Milan tenta di prendere Rabiot dopo la sconfitta di Marseille

AC Milan have been linked with a late move for Adrien Rabiot, who is expected to leave Marseille before the window closes.

There has been some drama at Marseille in the past few days, as both Rabiot and Jonathan Rowe has been temporarily excluded from the team. The two were involved in an altercation after Roberto De Zerbi’s side lost 1-0 in their season opener to Stade Rennais on Friday night.

According to the latest from RMC Sport, the duo’s time at Marseille could well be over. The pair have been left out of the squad and will not train, so there is speculation about an exit for both of them.

According to what is being reported by Orazio Accomando of SportMediaset and DAZN, Milan are ‘exploring the possibility’ of signing Rabiot, who is ‘a favourite of Allegri’.

It will be a difficult operation, but an inquiry has been made and there could be developments in the final part of this hectic summer transfer window for the Rossoneri.

As a reminder, Milan were heavily linked with the former Juventus man back in June, before things stalled because of the obstacles in the negotiations. Now, an opportunity may have arisen.
