The former Leeds United star was a top target of Liverpool’s before he opted to complete a dream move to play for Barcelona.
Raphinha’s performances in Spain, however, have been inconsistent and now, Barcelona wants to let him go to cash in on him while they can, according to Football Transfers.
There have been attempts to sell him from as early as January 2023, but the initial asking price of around €100 million (£87m) put Arsenal and Newcastle United off.
However, it’s reported that they are ready to accept €70 million (£61m) now due to their urgent need for cash.

Potential buyers for Raphinha, who will be turning 27 soon, are expected, but no specific interest from Liverpool has been mentioned at this stage. He’d be a great squad option but he is not at the level required to start for Klopp.
The front-runners for his signature are reportedly Arsenal, Chelsea, and Newcastle United.
It’s worth noting that Raphinha has no desire to leave Camp Nou currently.
For Liverpool, the former Leeds star is simply not good enough to replace Mohamed Salah when he eventually leaves the club.
