The Reds are back in Premier League action in the early Saturday kick-off at Crystal Palace and have the chance to move top of the table – temporarily at least. Arsenal will take on Aston Villa in evening game and would return to the summit.
Liverpool will be without defender Joel Matip, who has ruptured his ACL and is expected to miss the rest of the season through injury. As a result, Ibrahima Konate is expected to keep his place in the heart of defence alongside Virgil van Dijk.
