A permanent switch to Liverpool followed, where he played 340 Premier League minutes in his first season for Jurgen Klopp’s side – scoring twice.
Reports in Belgium have also linked Southampton with a move for Burnley’s Manuel Benson.

Benson helped Vincent Kompany’s Clarets to promotion last season – scoring 13 and making three assists in 33 appearances.
He has, however, only played 73 minutes across four appearances in the top flight this season.
