Jurgen Klopp will be forced to deal with several key players on the sidelines for Liverpool’s clash against Burnley.

The Reds welcome the Clarets to Anfield this afternoon for their Premier League clash. Liverpool go into the game on the back of a defeat to Arsenal, which was their first in the top flight since the end of September.

Liverpool will be buoyed by the return of Wataru Endo to the matchday squad today. The midfielder has missed the last seven Reds fixtures as he starred for Japan at the Asian Cup over the last few weeks

However, some players will not be available for today’s game. One player who is set to miss out is Ibrahima Konate, who received two yellow cards against Arsenal and will serve his one-game ban against Burnley.

On the injury front, Thiago Alcantara is the latest name to be added to the treatment room, after making his first appearance since last April against the Gunners. Mohamed Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai have also both been ruled out for the game against the Clarets.
