Sengun has a long way to go before he can even sniff the level that The Dream reached in the NBA, but the young center is undeniably showing off the promise and the potential of a future Hall of Famer.
There seems to be no limit to what Sengun can do, as he continues to establish himself as one of the best young players in the NBA today. A day before the Clippers game, Sengun outplayed San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama in a 114-101 home loss by the Rockets.
Sengun went off for 45 points on 19/32 shooting from the floor, grabbed 16 rebounds, and dished out three assists while coming away with five steals in just 37 minutes of action versus San Antonio. Perhaps the most surprising thing about Sengun amid his hot steak is that somehow he is still just 21 years old.
