HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville man charged in connection to a 2017 murder pleaded guilty to assault on Monday morning.
Malcolm X Foreman pleaded guilty to assault – first degree in connection to Ladarius Turner’s death. He was charged with murder, attempted murder and assault – first.
Foreman was given a 15-year split sentence. He will serve 18 months in prison before being released on parole.
A second person was also charged in the death of Turner, Brian Andre Simpson.
