Hugh Freeze, the Auburn Tigers’ head coach, appreciated the opportunity to play Texas and Oklahoma in the SEC this season during his most recent press conference, held on Tuesday.
Freeze described it as an opportunity for fans to witness another good football team and make memories.
“I know you’re bringing two really good football teams into this conference that will provide our fans and our players another great opportunity to play a great football team,” Freeze explained. ” I prefer it at Jordan-Hare, but I really enjoy it on the road. “Those will be wonderful memories.”
Freeze said that the inclusion of Texas and Oklahoma made the SEC tougher, but it is also an advantage of playing in the conference.
