A member of the attacking ranks at Serie A giants AC Milan has moved to dedicate is latest pre-season goal to Spanish champions Real Madrid.
The player in question? Luka Jović.
Frontman Jović was for his part afforded a starting berth in the early hours of Wednesday, as the aforementioned Milan locked horns with Barcelona in a friendly clash in Maryland.
And the Serbian wasted little time in making an impact, opening the game’s scoring courtesy of a back post finish after being teed up by Christian Pulisic.
From here, the two sides ultimately battled their way to a 2-2 stalemate, before Milan triumphed on penalties.
And Jović, as alluded to above, made use of the opportunity post-match to provide any who may have forgotten with a reminder of his past in the colours of Real Madrid.
Taking to his official ‘X’ account, the 26-year-old unveiled a photo of himself celebrating his goal against Los Blancos’ arch rivals, Barcelona, accompanied by the caption:
