Following the backlash he got for criticizing U.S. gymnasts Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles for their display of sportsmanship toward Rebeca Andrade earlier this week, Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey likely wants to do some image rehabilitation.
And what better way to do that than having WNBA rookie phenom Angel Reese as a guest on his podcast?
That’s exactly what Humphrey is aiming to do after extending an invitation to Reese, who recently declared the Ravens were her favorite NFL team, to come on his “Punch Line Podcast” on Wednesday.
Some of the past guests on the “Punch Line Podcast” include Miami Dolphins All-Pro receiver Tyreek Hill, New England Patriots star pass-rusher Matthew Judon and former Heisman Trophy-winning QB Robert Griffin III, and Reese may just be a bigger current star than all three.
Reese has yet to respond to Humphrey’s invitation, but if she does take the three-time Pro Bowler up on his offer, it’ll surely be all over social media.
