Sign Osimhen before its too late — Chelsea legend pleads with…see more

Chelsea legend William Gallas has issued a passionate plea to his former club, urging them to sign Napoli’s prolific striker Victor Osimhen before it’s too late.

Gallas firmly believes that Osimhen would be a game-changing addition to the Chelsea squad, capable of elevating the team to new heights.

The Blues have been consistently linked with the Nigerian international, with a loan deal featuring a buy option reportedly discussed between Napoli and Chelsea last month.

With the London club on the verge of securing a move for Atletico Madrid forward Samu Omorodion, Gallas is worried that they may miss out on the opportunity to sign Osimhen.

“In a similar way to Didier Drogba, Victor Osimhen can bring Chelsea to the next level,” Gallas emphasized in an interview with Genting Casino.

“Looking at what he has done with Napoli, leading them to the title, he could do that with Chelsea. Chelsea need a striker, and I don’t know what they are waiting for.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea are advancing talks to sign Wolves’ winger Pedro Neto for a fee of 60 million euros as Enzo Maresca looks to build a squad capable of competing at the top of the Premier League.
