It was a brilliant return from a slight injury for AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze as he netted the only goal on the night to give his side the win over his compatriot Maduka Okoye and Udinese today.
Chukwueze was injured during the international break in the Super Eagles camp, but he was cleared to play Friday after he passed a late fitness test.
The Super Eagles winger capped an impressive AC Milan attacking transition as Christian Pulisic played a shot pass, which Chukwueze struck well beyond the reach of goalkeeper Okoye to give his side the lead inside 12 minutes.
Chukwueze also scooped the Man of the Match award as Milan jumped to third place on the Serie A table with 14 points from eight games.
