MN: Camarda seeking space due to…see more

Francesco Camarda’s position at AC Milan was quite prominent under Paulo Fonseca, but with a new man now at the helm, he could see his minutes fall.

Before and during the Fonseca era, Camarda was a heavily featured name. People originally questioned if the Portuguese would be the one to give the striker the next step in his journey, and after his appointment, the starlet was consistent in the Milan team.

He began training with the senior team relatively early into Fonseca’s tenure, and minutes followed shortly after. Despite getting close to scoring, Camarda was not able to take the next step, but of course, that is not a problem.

Now, with Sergio Conceicao at the helm, the question will be simple. What is the plan?

Camarda’s immense talent and potential make him an easy choice for the Rossoneri to involve in the squad, but with another attacker potentially on the way in, the minutes on offer could be lessened significantly.

As Calciomercato.com write, the striker’s future will not change with the new appointment though, and he is very much at the forefront of things. Milan are, after all, betting heavily on the 16-year-old, and his attitude and maturity could make him a key player for Conceicao, even if his minutes are slightly depleted.
