Joao Felix’s name has been on the radar of AC Milan this window, and despite things going quiet recently, the track may have reopened.
With a move for Marcus Rashford looking less likely, Milan turned their attention to the situation of Felix, but with Chelsea not in favour of a loan move, things went quiet.
One of the stumbling blocks for a deal was the amount of loans that Chelsea could have, but Cesare Casadei is close to a permanent move to Torino, which could allow Felix to leave, one would assume.
Whether the Rossoneri pursue the deal is another story, however, they have already opened themselves up to the idea of two forwards joining the club in the next few days, and a report from Calciomercato.com does not cancel this idea. Instead, stating that the Portuguese would be a ‘complimentary track’ with Gimenez.
Felix has already given the move a green light, with the report stating that the interest has been ‘revived’ and the attacker himself ‘wants’ to move to the Rossoneri and play for Sergio Conceicao.
It seems things could progress quite quickly with this news, and a Diavolo ‘knock’ at the Cobham door is expected shortly, but they will also face a challenge from Aston Villa, so a move will not be plain sailing.
