With Theo Hernandez set to leave AC Milan this summer, if not next, the Rossoneri need to find a new talent to take the reigns and a new name has arisen.
Despite the persistent talk of Maxim De Cuyper, Milan are not just considering one option to replace Theo. After all, it would be daft to do such a thing. Instead, the Rossoneri are assessing every option that they can find, and it seems that a new option has entered the equation.
As Gazzetta dello Sport wrote this afternoon, Rayan Ait-Nouri has emerged as a potential candidate for the Diavolo. Despite talk of a €60 million valuation, the club would imaginably be able to get the Wolverhampton Wanderers defender for much less.
The primary reason for this is contractual, he shares a 2026 contract expiration date with Theo, then, and it could be argued as valuable as a reason, he also shares the same agent as Sergio Conceicao and Joao Felix: Jorge Mendes.
Previous reports have already suggested that the Portuguese super agent could have a large role in Milan’s recruitment this summer, and whilst it is not known how far this could extend, the Ait-Nouri deal could represent another opportunity in the summer.
