Jules Koundé’s excellent season at FC Barcelona has caught the attention of top Premier League clubs.
According to the latest rumors, Arsenal is considering making a €65 million offer for the French defender, who could potentially face them in a future UEFA Champions League final this season.
This report comes after other whispers said Chelsea FC were interested in signing the Frenchman to bolster their defense.
Koundé, who joined Barça from Sevilla in 2022, is under contract until June 2027 and has a massive €1 billion release clause. Although the club is said to feel secure about his future due to his contract, they are already in talks to extend it further, viewing him as a key player in their long-term plans.
Chelsea were one of his suitors that he rejected back in 2022 when Barça signed him from Sevilla.
