According to journalist Fabrizio Romano on his social media channels, Manchester City have made contact with AC Milan for the Dutch midfielder.
Their intention is to move ahead of competition from Barcelona and Real Madrid, which is why the Citizens are expected to submit an initial official offer for Reijnders in the coming days.
