reports this morning that following the official sale of Reijnders to Manchester City and with Musah now seemingly destined for Napoli, the Rossoneri will heavily intervene in the central department of Allegri’s lineup. One deal, in fact, is already in place: Luka Modric, who will undergo his medical with Milan as soon as the Club World Cup ends.
But it’s not just the Croatian star—Milan also wants to wrap up a deal soon for Granit Xhaka. In the coming hours, a key meeting is scheduled between the Swiss midfielder’s entourage and the Rossoneri management to gauge the player’s intentions and the room for negotiation with Bayer Leverkusen. Xhaka appreciates Milan’s interest but wouldn’t rule out staying in Germany either. The operation would cost at least 10 million euros.
Alongside these two more experienced players, Tare also wants to add some rising young talents. The top target remains Ardon Jashari, but Club Brugge is asking a high price: 40 million euros to take him from the Belgian club. The alternative is Javi Guerra, already monitored by Geoffrey Moncada last season—a Spanish 2003-born talent valued at 25 million euros by Valencia.
