Breaking news: Being asked to come’ – Serie B club contact Milan for Futuro stars… see more

There is a need for Milan to protect certain futures. After all, if you throw players into the deep end too soon, it could stall their careers massively, if not end them at this level. So, there needs to be a level of protection there.

Of course, the Rossoneri already attempted this with the Futuro. However, the temptation to have certain players in and around the first team proved too great, and the squad suffered. So now, the drawing board has to be revisited.

With Serie C being a struggle and Serie A being a nice level, weirdly, the club may consider a loan to Serie B for a few players. However, you would imagine that, for Francesco Camarda and Davide Bartesaghi, there are hopes of Serie A loans or being part of the Diavolo squad.

In the case that a drop-down is needed – or step up from Serie C, whichever way you look at it – interest is already present, as Gianluigi Longari states, via Milan News.

“Spezia is working on building the team for next season. They also like Bartesaghi and Camarda from Milan, who are reportedly being asked to come on loan.

Certainly not a bad move for the duo, considering they almost were promoted. However, you would expect Milan to aim higher, respectfully, with their loans and/or positions.
