The Saudi club Al-Hilal continues its serious attempts to convince French star Theo Hernandez to join its ranks, in a move that reflects the administration’s efforts to strengthen the left flank with one of Europe’s top players.
Trusted Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the club remains committed to the offer made for the AC Milan full-back, despite the failure of the first attempt that took place during the registration period for the FIFA Club World Cup.
Although the deal did not go through at that time, communication between the two sides has not ceased, indicating Al-Hilal’s desire to resume negotiations as soon as the conditions are right to finalize the contract.
According to Romano, AC Milan’s management has shown openness to the idea of selling the player for 30 million euros, plus an additional 5 million in variables related to the player’s performance and participation with the new team.
However, the decision still lies with Hernandez, who is carefully considering his future, especially with several major European clubs interested in securing his signature during the upcoming summer transfer window.
